Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) represent the State in trials and hearings in all Dallas County criminal cases.  You must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas to apply for an assistant district attorney position.  To be considered for future assistant district attorney job openings at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, please submit your resume to adaresumes@dallasda.com.  Upon receipt of your resume, an employment application will be sent to you via-email.  Please complete the application and return it with a recent photo of yourself via e-mail or mail it to:
