Patrick Kirlin, Administrative Chief, Division A
Mr.
Kirlin has been with the Dallas County District Attorney’s
Office since he began practicing law 20 years ago. In his role
as Administrative Chief Prosecutor, he oversees 24 attorneys and
nine investigators. A native of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Kirlin
earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at St. Mary’s University
School of Law in San Antonio, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
political science at the University of Texas at Arlington. He
specializes in criminal law and is a member of the State Bar of
Texas and the Texas District and County Attorneys Association.
