Bob Schell, Chief, Civil Division

With more than three years at the DA’s Office, Mr. Schell supervises 13 attorneys and six support staff as the head of the Civil Division. Attorney Schell has practiced law for 28 years.

The Omaha, Nebraska, native earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, Texas District and County Attorneys Association.
