Bobbie Villareal, Chief Prosecutor, Family Violence Division
Bobbie
Villareal joined the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office
as Chief of the Family Violence Division in October of 2007. In
her role, Attorney Villareal supervises 22 attorneys, nine investigators
and 27 support staff. She has been practicing law for 11
years and specializes in family violence, child abuse, criminal
street gang and juvenile law. A native of El Paso, Texas,
Ms. Villareal earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from
Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a Juris Doctorate from the
Baylor University School of Law. She is a member of the Texas
State Bar, Texas District and County Attorneys Association, National
District Attorneys Association and the 2008 Steering Committee
for SAFVIC (Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigators Course).
